VISION!
Together, we are unstoppable. By uniting our ideas, our resources, and our passion, we can transform communities and change the world. Our vision is to lead, innovate, and inspire—creating a global community of citizens who act with purpose, care with conviction, and leave a lasting impact wherever they go. The time to rise, build, and make a difference is now—and it starts with us.
Our journey from vision to mission reflects our belief that true transformation begins when people unite, take ownership of their challenges, and work together toward a brighter, more equitable future.
Group Buying
Two heads are better than One
Land prices in Zimbabwe are rising rapidly, making it increasingly difficult for individuals in the diaspora to secure property. That’s why we are coming together to form a community of like-minded diaspora members, pooling our resources to gain access to some of the best land Zimbabwe has to offer. By joining forces, we can purchase larger, premium properties than what is currently available on the market—at far more affordable prices.

Team work is power.
Its brain power
Its cash power
Impact
Teamwork combines intellectual and cash power with the strength of action—and together, there is nothing we cannot achieve. Our vision is bold, and by coming together with a shared vision, we can achieve the extraordinary with truly transformational results. Our goal is to position ourselves at the forefront of community development and innovation, fostering a dynamic and responsible community of global citizens.
The Cause
This vision is grounded in the shared concerns of many who long to return home. Some feel a deep desire to reconnect with their roots and heritage, yet worry about issues such as affordability, lower living standards, and limited opportunities in regions often labelled as “third-world.” Many of our members dream of going back, but feel constrained by the current realities on the ground.
Action
It is from this challenge that our group was born. We recognised the need for a platform where people could come together to openly discuss these issues, share ideas, and collaborate on meaningful solutions. Our mission, therefore is to bring people together to openly discuss these challenges, collaborate on practical solutions, and inspire initiatives that improve quality of life.
To Do
Our mission is to create a supportive space where ideas, resources, and energy can come together to spark real change. By working collectively, rebuilding confidence, and helping make home a place where we all can truly thrive. By connecting global citizens, we aim to drive meaningful development and create environments where returning home is not only possible but desirable.

At the heart of our initiative will be a bold vision to include the development of useful, pleasant facilities and services that will enhance convenience, comfort, and the overall quality of life within a specific area. All the “big and little” features or residential characteristics intended for the enhancement of the area or community will be incorporated, ensuring they are considered beneficial by current and future beneficiaries, buyers, or tenants, we will mention only a few below.

Why we exist
Because our children and the future generations of our children deserve better living standards.
Because people want the freedom to return home without sacrificing quality of life.
Because service standards matter.
Because community pride and dignity should not depend on geography.
Because we believe real transformation comes from citizens taking responsibility and creating what they want to see.
Because community is the key to prosperity. When we build together, we build better.
Whats stopping others from investing and relocating?
Many members are concerned about low living standards in their home countries or other parts of the world, which deters them from relocating to places often perceived as “third-world.” Regarding Zimbabwe, our focus in this group, most people would move there immediately if they could maintain the same basic standard of living they enjoy in first- and second-world countries..
What are the basic standards of living?
In today’s world, reliable access to adequate housing is essential for stability and security. Sufficient food, clean water, and proper sanitation are vital for health and public well-being. Access to healthcare allows timely treatment, while education provides individuals with knowledge and opportunities for economic participation. These elements are crucial for a basic standard of living, human dignity, societal development, and sustainability.
What are the High standards of living?
High standards of living encompass several additional factors, including a safe and civil environment and access to a reliable, well-functioning healthcare system with both preventative and treatment services. Equally important are the availability of jobs and business opportunities that provide a living wage, the ability to own a home, access to electricity or solar energy, and the use of modern appliances, goods, and services. Access to technology, communication resources, and efficient transportation also plays a vital role. Furthermore, social connections, environmental quality, and opportunities for leisure are key elements that contribute to a comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle.
What will bring the motivation to relocate?
So mainly referring to accessing professional, trustworthy, and on-time services in healthcare, education, and finance, as well as employment and/or business opportunities. These are the key areas of concern for most. Are these facilities not available already in Zim? Of course they are, but there is a lack of trust and confidence in the service providers. The current president, ED Mnangagwa, is most famously quoted as saying, “nyika inovakwa nevene vayo,” meaning a country is built by those who live in it. There is also another famous quote: “If you want something done properly, do it yourself.
Could this be achievable in Zimbabwe?
There are communities in Zimbabwe that were established before independence and have continued to maintain high standards to this day. Others, however, have deteriorated over time due to inefficient management by those later put in charge. This challenge is not unique to Zimbabwe; it is a global issue evident even in first-world countries, where some communities are well maintained while others become run down due to inadequate funding or mismanagement of resources. With proper planning and effective management, our community can achieve and sustain the same high standards.
What are the Key Requirements to our success?
The key requirements for our success include forming a legally recognised community body, which involves completing all necessary legal processes. This includes establishing board membership and working with reputable law firms to manage land procedures, negotiations, due diligence, group finances, and applications for subdivision permits. We must also demonstrate strong community support, secure adequate funding, and properly identify and assess the land. Compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks is essential, as is the creation of clear management structures. Finally, active community engagement, commitment, and a sense of ownership from all members are crucial to achieving our objectives..
How can i be a part of this great Initiative?
Our members proposed a commitment fee of $100, which has now been agreed upon as a requirement for all new members to be recognised as committed members. The commitment fee is crucial to the daily operations of the group. These funds have covered legal and solicitor’s fees for the drafting and adoption of our constitution, domain name registration, email services, website development, advertising campaigns, accounting software, subscriptions, and other operational expenses. Additionally, securing mutual funding from each committed member, in the form of a deposit agreed upon within the group, will be required later on. This will be used to purchase the land. Click here to understand the commitment fee and deposits.
What is a OCM and OFM?
OFM stands for Oasis Founding Member. These members took the initial risk by paying their commitment fees before a legal structure was in place. They provided the initial funds to cover solicitors’ fees for drafting our constitution and other operational expenses. Several benefits come with being an OFM; please refer to our constitution for full details. The window to become an OFM was open from October 1, 2025, to October 30, 2025.
OCM stands for Oasis Committed Member. These members have demonstrated their commitment to the community by paying their commitment fees, but they joined after October 30, 2025.

This is more than just an investment; it’s an opportunity to build a shared future, a place we can call our own, and a legacy for generations to come.
Be part of this movement. Let’s reclaim our roots, grow together, and make the dream of owning land in Zimbabwe a reality.

Many hands.
One purpose.
