Founding Members
The founding members are the dedicated individuals who committed early to the vision of building a sustainable, high-standard community in Zimbabwe. Only members who paid their commitment fees before 30/10/2025 are recognised as founding members. Their early contributions were crucial in establishing the legal and operational foundation of the group, allowing the project to proceed with initial funding for legal registration, operational setup, and land acquisition.

Benefits for Founding Members

  1. Recognition in the Constitution
    • The names of all founding members are officially recorded in the community constitution, recognising their pivotal role in launching the project.
  2. Priority Rights and Privileges
    • Right of First Refusal: Founding members have the first opportunity to purchase or be allocated land within the community.
    • Enhanced Voting Rights: Their early commitment gives them a stronger voice in key community decisions.
    • Preferred Access to Amenities: Founding members may receive priority in accessing residential plots, commercial spaces, and community facilities once developed.
  3. Founders’ Legacy
    • Their early support ensures long-term recognition as the pioneers who enabled the creation of the community.
    • Founding members may also have opportunities to participate in the initial governance structure, advisory committees, or special planning roles.

Member Participation & Voting Rights

Each registered member holds full voting rights and participates in key decisions relating to:

  • Land acquisition and subdivision
  • Capital projects and infrastructure priorities
  • Policy adoption and amendments
  • Appointment of committee members
  • Budget approvals and financial oversight
  • Long-term community development strategies

Voting is conducted in a structured and documented manner to ensure fairness, representation, and compliance with the community’s constitution.

Advisory & Operational Committees


Specialised committees are established to manage key areas of the project. These committees are composed of members who voluntarily offer their professional skills and time.
